Services must not have been fully delivered or significantly initiated

3. Non-Refundable Services

Active advertising campaigns or promoted listings

Featured or premium placement upgrades

4. Partial Refunds

Costs incurred

5. No Guarantee of Results

IMarketPlace Pro does not guarantee bookings, sales, or rental income.
Refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations or results.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension

We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide documentation of services rendered

7. Cancellation vs Refund

Cancellation of services does not automatically qualify for a refund
